About Us

Started in 2021 to fill long standing summer service gaps, Island Connection provides a number of diverse offerings:  

• A low cost water taxi service has enabled seamless bus, auto, and plane transfers eliminating expensive hotel stays.
• Sailing charters on a classic Herreshoff  12 1/2 has opened the waters to otherwise landlocked visitors. 
• Kayak rentals were not previously available, and allow exploration within inches of the shoreline.  
• Yacht deliveries and shuttles have greatly simplified logistics for owners saving hours of unproductive time.

Day to day operations are run by local guide Tom Cronin (925) 207-5325, a long time North Haven summer resident, possessing a U.S. Coast Guard Master certificate, and Masters degree in Naval Architecture.  

Oakley Jackson (207) 701-1815, USCG Master, who also operates Osprey Adventures, brings additional scheduling/flexibility to the enterprise.

Laura Cronin (207) 867-4954, helps with sailing, kayaks, and calculating trip fares.
